1.Time Setting
In the time interface , press the M key 3 times to switch to the time setting mode,
·Press the R key once to switch to minute number flashing, press the
S key to adjust the minute, after minute adjustment completed
·Press R key to switch to hour flashing, then press S key to adjust hour,
Note: Press S key until hour prosition is larger than 12, it is 24-hour system
·Then like the hour and minute adjustment to adjus the date, month,
week,Press R key to switch, press S key to adjust,
After adjustment is completed,press M to confirm and return to the
time display interface
2.Alarm setting
In the time interface, press the M key twice to switch to the adjustment alarm
mode.At this time, the hour flashes, press S to adjust the hour,

Note: Alarm clock time is 24 hours which is synchronizes to the watch time
no matter it’s 12hours or 24 hours.
·Press the R key once to switch to minute flashing, press the S key to adjust
the minute, after the minute adjustment is completed Press M to save.
3.Alarm ON/Off
In the time interface, press R key,if have a alarm symbol in right of the
bottom larm is on if not it is off.
4.Snooze function
When the alarm sounds: press the S key, and ring will sound again
after 5 minutes; press the R key to turn off the sound
5.Chime ON/OFF
In the time interface, press R key, until the top of the left has a symbol of SIG, Chime is on, if not it’s OFF.
6.Stop watch
In the time interface, press the M key one time to stop watch function.
Top of left has STW. Press S to start or pause stop watch, and press R to reset.After the timer is over, press the M key once to return to the normal time display mode
Note: after using the stop watch, reset the stop watch to save battery power
7.Press L key once to turn on the light function
8.Check the alarm time
In the time interface, press the M key two times
